Will, this is not my problem, it just happened to be something that came with 1.2. GOZZAH, got the same thing and eventually it worked. But I have updated the server to 1.2.3 which hopefully fixed this.

K i wasnt saying it was i was asking for someone to fix it or give advice on how i can fix it

I have no idea, i just deleted your player.dat which will hopefully mean that you can spawn. If not look it up on minecraft forums
