8-bit memory is simply 8 RS NOR Latches.
Also, take pictures with the default Minecraft screen size, I can only see a third of the image.

Ok ok, the reason why you can't see the rest of the picture is because your screen resolution is small, this was for me, taken in default res, also, before I made this, I didn't know all the logic gates so this really was an improvisation, give me a break here, I just want to build something powerful. This may look big because of the picture but it's only just the wiring, if you get the map, all the memory is in those two small towers about 7 X 10 X 4.

Thats pretty big.... anyways, I managed to figure out a binary calculator (which happens to be the standard type of calculator) and it can be put together to create an infinite amount of answers, you just add them together and you get it. And you don't have to change the size for each one added. Just add the carry output to the carry input of the next one. I have a massive "flat world that i use for all of this. I might attach a file of the entire thing so you guys can use it. I'm also working on a converter which converts the binary output into numbers that activate redstone torches beneath a sign which has the number made. (you might have to add a few numbers in the end like 20+5 or something or i might just make it do a hundreds column a tens column and a ones column. Btw AnArmedManV3, you should think about making the redstone wiring simpler. not all over the place other wise it'll get laggy because it has a lot of wiring to complete. Ill post an image of my byte of ram soon, its really easy to make once you get the hang of making it, just a little confusing at first and each bit doesn't increase in size when you add one. Same with the calculator.
